Customer Service Shipping Information

Bare Root Daylilies: We start shipping in March and continue through October.

We do not ship daylilies November through February. You may order bare root daylilies during winter and specify a shipping date that is after March 1 of the next season. Orders will be held until then.

Non-daylily orders ship all year as received.

Online Ordering:  Place your orders on our secure Internet ordering system by clicking on the “Shop Now” button of any page. Please remember… your credit card information is secure and we never share your personal information with outside companies.

All orders received by Thursday at noon are shipped the following Tuesday unless a later ship date is requested. You can also pick up your order the next Tuesday afternoon and save shipping charges. Orders are dug on Monday and air dried for Tuesday shipment unless you specify an alternate Monday. We do not ship out-of-state orders during holiday weeks.

Minimum on-line purchase of daylilies is $24.00 excluding tax and shipping. For non-daylily orders, there is no minimum.

Some varieties are in short supply and may sell out. If you are requesting a substitution, please list your choices. If no choices are listed, we will send a similar variety of equal or greater value. If you check “No Substitutions” your money will be refunded.

Shipping Costs
$11.00 plus $.50 per plant. Plants are shipped USPS except for California where they’re shipped via UPS.

International: Our shopping program will not indicate the shipping prices you will be charged if you live outside of the 48 contiguous United States — these charges will be added when your card is charged prior to shipment. All orders outside the 48 contiguous United States will be billed the actual shipping cost.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS west of the Rockies and USPS Priority Mail east of the Rockies unless otherwise requested.

Our Guarantee

Our daylilies are guaranteed. All of our plants are freshly dug, labeled and shipped dry to prevent rot. Double fans or larger will be sent. Should you not be satisfied with your plants, please let us know immediately and we will replace or refund your purchase price. We will not be responsible if daylilies are planted too late in the year for your area.
