Which daylilies are best for my climate?

When will you process my order?
Orders are processed as they are received. All orders received by Thursday noon will be shipped on the following Tuesday unless another Tuesday is requested by the customer.
Are your plants guaranteed?
Yes! Should you not be satisfied with your plants, please let us know immediately and we will replace the plants or refund your purchase price.
Can I order a gift certificate online?
Yes, just click the button "Shop Now" on any page. It will take you to a page where you will be able to order a gift certificate and/or a catalog or you can begin shopping for daylilies.
Do you ever substitute plants?
You will be asked to provide us with a list of possible substitute plants or let us know if you would prefer that we not send substitutes for any plant that we no longer have available this season. If no list is provided and you have not indicated that you do not want substitutes, we will try to send a substitute that closely resembles the plant you had chosen in appearance and/or growth habit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, email us at email@example.com, fax the changes to 209 245-6648 or call us at the farm 209 245-6660. We need the information by the Thursday noon before your order is to be shipped.
Is there a minimum order?
We request a minimum order of $25.00 excluding shipping and tax.
I don't like to order on-line, can I call or send my order to you?
You can order by phone 209 245-6660, fax 209 245-6648 or regular mail 22001 Shenandoah School Rd, Plymouth CA 95669.
How will you ship my order?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail east of the Rockies, UPS Ground west of the Rockies. All orders being shipped within the contiguous United States are shipped on Tuesdays. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and outside the country are charged at the actual shipping cost.
When will you ship my order?
All orders received by Thursday are shipped the following Tuesday unless an alternate Tuesday is requested.
What if I live outside the continental United States?
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and outside the country are shipped USPS and charged at the actual shipping cost.
Can I indicate when I want my order to ship?
Yes, you may request any Tuesday. The exception is that we do not ship outside California during holiday weeks. Weather permitting we ship plants all year to areas where planting is suitable.
What happens if an item is received damaged?
Call our office at 209 245-6660 right away and we will replace the plants or refund your purchase price.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
Sorry but UPS will only deliver to physical addresses, no PO Boxes.
Can you deliver to my office address?
Yes, we would be happy to deliver to your office if that works better for you.
Can I track my order?
We do not supply you with the UPS tracking number as a normal course of business. If you would like to call our office after 3:00 PDT on the Tuesday your order is shipped, we can give it to you.

Our grounds are available for your pleasure throughout the year. Hours of operation are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm DAILY, March through November.
Winter hours are December 1 - February 28, Open Thursday through Sunday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, closed Monday through Wednesday.
